30-Day Return Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

• The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
• The item must be returned in the original packaging.
• A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

• Flammable liquids or gases
• Gift cards
• Downloadable software products
• Some health and personal care items

Partial Refunds

• Books with obvious signs of use
• Opened CDs, DVDs, software, or video games
• Items not in original condition
• Items damaged or missing parts not due to our error
• Items returned after 30 days

Refund Process

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Gift Returns

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item.

If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.
